SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments take longer to deliver if shipped towards the end of the week because it will likely sit in the UPS shipping facility over the weekend.  We want your fruit to arrive as early and as fresh as possible, so we set our shipping date as Monday to ensure the fastest possible ground delivery time to your doorstep.

The shiping rates are based on Postal Zones.  Postal Zones are distance-based, and the cost of postage will depend on how close the origin and destination zones are in relation to each other.
We specify the different zones so you are only charged the shipping rate of your zone.  We do this as a courtesy to our customer to save you a little money, rather than applying high, flat shipping fees.

The time it takes to deliver a package varies and is determinate upon the shipping destination.  The average time allotted coast to coast is between 6-8 days.

Why do you only ship on Mondays?

We ship to the location we are given.  Please make double sure the address you supply us with is the correct one.  Please no PO Boxes.  Fruit will be dropped off at the doorstep of the address listed.  We are able to track packages to ensure they reach the delivery destination, but once left at the location, we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost/stolen.  Please make sure the recipient is aware and available to receive the package.

Seley Ranches ships box orders anywhere across the intercontinental United States.  Please make double sure the address you supply us with is the correct one, as we ship to the address we are provided with.  Fruit will be dropped off at the doorstep of the address listed.  We are able to track packages to ensure they reach the delivery destination, but once left at the location, we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost/stolen.  Please make sure the recipient is aware and available to receive the package.

When an order is placed, the fruit is packed fresh.  However, because the order is a perishable product, there is a risk of the fruit being damaged or freezing during delivery.  Once the items are shipped from our facility, we cannot be held responsible for damaged/frozen fruit.  Therefore as a courtesy, we may recommend to hold off shipping to certain colder areas to decrease the risk of freeze, as this may be the best way to help ensure you receive the fresh fruit you've come to expect from Seley Ranches.  For winter months, please make sure the recipient is aware and available to receive the package, as fruit can be damaged if left in colder temperatures for as little as a couple hours.
